Well of course I have decided I cannot hand appliqué this so am going to machine sew it using the raw edges. Also didn't like the vase I had so got rid of that too.
Can anyone give me any pointers on how to do it like the one Kim did for her mother (Yes Kim any ideas). IS there any tutorials on the computer you could point me in the direction of. Also is the flower arrangement balanced ?

You are going to kill me trying to keep up with you. I used a free motion quilting on my machine which was very cook and quite easy. I didn't glue it, just pinned, but have thought that those cool little glue sticks would work well. Not sure about the AmH flowers pointing down. The others and the bouquet look great though

ReplyDeleteYes the free motion quilting worked for me. I just followed the petals and lines in the flowers. I didn't pin as I felt that once I got going having to stop to take out pins was annoying - a little glue was much better I found. Good luck and please try and slow down a little bit! Kimbo
